#5879 PILOT MONITORING STUDY IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC KIDNEY DISEASE USING NORA APPLICATION

Abstract Background and Aims Diabetic Kidney Disease (DKD) is the most common cause of end-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD), conditioning these patients to a worse renal prognosis higher cardiovascular mortality and/or requirement for replacement therapy. The use novel information communication technologies (ICTs) focused on field health, may facilitates better quality life control in patients. Our objective evaluate effect monitoring DKD using NORA-app. Method Prospective feasibility/validation study NORA-app with stage G3bA3 or higher, followed outpatient clinics tertiary care hospital. an application smartphones designed risk factors, share educational medical information, communicate via chat health professionals, increase treatment compliance (Morisky-Green), collect patient reported outcomes such as anxiety depression HADs scale.
